Bandhavgarh National Park is a interesting mix of Jungle, scrub forest, wooded ravines & high cliffs where eagles nest. This park has a large number of archeological remains, caves & an impressive fort. The animal list includes Tiger, Leopard, Bear, Sambhar, Cheetal, Blue Bull Antelope etc. Interestingly, the original albinotic 'White Tiger' came from nearby Rewa.
Kanha National Park is located in the heart of India's Kipling country. It has open grass lands, dense deciduous forest, high plateau & offers good wildlife spotting from Elephant back or Jeeps. The animal list includes Tiger, Leopard, Spotted & swamp Deer, Wild Dog, Indian Byson, Black Buck etc.
